Foundational Workshop

This 2-3 hour interactive workshop builds your teams understanding of how to overcome anxiety and optimise their brains for personal and professional development.   This foundation cultivates buy-in to further engagements.

It can be used as part of onboarding, to cultivate buy-in and allow staff to discover how these foundations can be built on to bring further positive change.

Resilient Leadership Techniques

This workshop series equips leaders to engage with their team in a way that erodes apathy, restores hope, and builds willpower. So that teams are braced to adapt quickly and optimally to the challenges that come their way.

This service is delivered as a set of 4 half-day workshops plus optional 1:1 mentoring sessions with leaders as they put what they have learnt into practice.

Neuro-Driven Problem Solving

We use a unique mix of Applied Neuroscience and Design Thinking to enable teams to pinpoint root causes and craft practical, whole-brain-informed solutions to business problems and opportunities.

These sessions are bespoke and designed for the organisation based on their highest priorities.

Organisational Resilience Review

This review identifies ways to improve your workplace for optimal resilience. It leverages both Applied Neuroscience and ISO standards to provide fresh insights into how to wire your organisation for an optimal balance of stability and adaptability needed to thrive in turbulent times.
People don’t and shouldn’t work in isolation, but as part of an interconnected community of people.  We refer to this workplace community as an ecosystem since each member has their part to play in the thriving or throttling of the whole.  A healthy ecosystem enables the optimal functioning of all its members.

Why go to the effort? Because a healthy ecosystem is one in which people collaborate well and make wise decisions.  Foundations for resilience.

An ecosystem review can be done at a team or organisational level.  It consists of structured surveys, interviews and observations.  A report detailing the findings and opportunities is presented to the leadership team at the end of this period.

Clarity in Collective Purpose

Disruption prompts serial needs for change across an organisation that require the involvement and co-operation of many to succeed. However, an estimated 77% of employees don’t fully grasp the purpose of the organisation they work for.  Without collective clarity of purpose, changes that are not aligned to strategy can easily creep in.  We help organisations clarify their purpose and teams grasp what it means for them in their context so that adaptations work together to move the organisation towards its ultimate goals.

Hope is the bridge between the impossible and the possible
